The shape of gear reduction motor is complex, and the machining surface is mostly flat and empty. Because these surfaces are mostly transferred datum, there are relatively high machining requirements in dimensional accuracy, shape and position accuracy. It is difficult to process, especially for the axis of each bearing hole. The size error and shape error of the hole will cause the poor fit between the bearing and the hole. Do you know how the gear motor drives?
The coaxiality error of each hole on the same axis and the vertical error of the hole end face to the axis will make the shaft and bearing of the gear reducer motor skew when assembled into the box, resulting in the radial and axial circular runout of the spindle and aggravating the axial wear. For this reason, the coaxiality of each hole on the same axis is about half of the size tolerance of the hole. The parallelism error between the holes will affect the meshing quality of the gears of the gear reduction motor, and the corresponding position also needs to be specified.
